Removes either an existing iteration or area from the project

DESCRIPTION
Removes either an existing iteration or area from the project
EXAMPLES
Example 1
Remove-VSTeamClassificationNode -ProjectName Demo -StructureGroup "iterations" -Path "\MyIteration\Path"
This command removes an existing iteration with the path MyIteration/Path to the Demo project. Any work items that are assigned to that path get reassigned to the root iteration, since no reclassification id has been given.
Example 2
Remove-VSTeamClassificationNode -ProjectName "Demo" -StructureGroup "areas" -Path "\MyIteration\Path" -ReClassifyId 19
This command removes an existing area with the path \MyIteration\Path to the Demo project. Any work items that are assigned to that path get reassigned to the area with the id 19.

This function is the base function for Remove-VSTeamArea and Remove-VSTeamIteration.
Prerequisites:
Set the account and version that all calls will use with Set-VSTeamAccount. Default version sets to API version 3.0 (TFS2017) if not manually set.
tips:
- check called version of the API with Get-VSTeamAPIVersion or Get-VSTeamInfo
- use Set-VSTeamDefaultProject to set default project for every call
- use Set-VSTeamDefaultAPITimeout to change the default timeout of 60 seconds for all calls.
- use Profiles to load an account and the correct version
