Add-VSTeamProject
SYNOPSIS
Adds a Team Project to your account.
SYNTAX
Add-VSTeamProject -ProjectName <String> [-Description <String>] [-Visibility <String>] [-TFVC]
[-ProcessTemplate <String>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
This will create a new Team Project in your Team Foundation Server or Team Services account.
EXAMPLES
Example 1
Add-VSTeamProject 'MyProject'
This will add a project name MyProject with no description using the Scrum process template and Git source control.
Example 2
Add-VSTeamProject 'MyProject' -TFVC -ProcessTemplate Agile
This will add a project name MyProject with no description using the Agile process template and TFVC source control.

The name of the process template to use for the project.

Prerequisites:
Set the account and version that all calls will use with Set-VSTeamAccount. Default version sets to API version 3.0 (TFS2017) if not manually set.
tips:
- check called version of the API with Get-VSTeamAPIVersion or Get-VSTeamInfo
- use Set-VSTeamDefaultProject to set default project for every call
- use Set-VSTeamDefaultAPITimeout to change the default timeout of 60 seconds for all calls.
- use Profiles to load an account and the correct version
